He has helped to start in excess of 400 small business ventures during this time building a reputation as someone who is prepared to go the extra yard and to push the boundaries to ensure that the individual achieves their goals.
During this time he has seen the economic climate change drastically, from the previous government’s excessive spending spree to the current demise and collapse off the banking system and new government policies.
Over the years he has supported various business start ups and ongoing business growth, working in all sectors of commerce, from mobile beauticians looking to work 16 hours to supplement their working tax credits to large Ltd manufacturer's to service providers looking to tender to the council. Including sectors as diverse as commercial diver’s and a social entrepreneur who developed a nationwide business implementing small allotments within schools to teach children how to grow vegetables and use them in the school canteens!
Craig has built up specialist knowledge in the start up of small businesses mentoring and teaching individuals with a hand holding approach, who are starting a business as a lifelong dream or of necessity out of adversity.
Prior to becoming a business mentor Craig started life working in an accounts department of a large local manufacturing company, once he realised that being an employee was not for him he moved for a short time into the cut throat hard selling world of car sales. He then worked in the retail sector for over 10 years trading as a sole trader and then an established ltd company in the jewellery sector. So he knows just what you are going through adding empathy to any situation which is a big part of the support that we offer.
